Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with WatchStyler! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@watchstyler.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@watchstyler.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Custom products are not eligible for return, including: (e.g., personalized or special orders). If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@watchstyler.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
