This authentic Rolex dial was removed from an older model (judging by the engraving on the back and overall design is was, most likely, model 16013).  Unlike the modern engraved jubilee pattern, this dial is featuring pressed on design, which makes it even more special.

It is fully compatible with the Rolex Datejust 36mm, supporting both Caliber 3135 and Caliber 3035 movements.
